| From conception to creation I take pride in every step of the jewelry making process, only choosing the highest quality materials. Each custom piece of jewelry is designed and crafted with great attention to detail. As with any piece of jewelry, its longevity depends on the amount of care it is given. Care Instructions When not being worn, your Handcrafted Jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place (preferably in the plastic bag it arrived in) to protect your pieces from damage and help prevent any Sterling Silver components from tarnishing. You may polish your Sterling Silver components with a silver polishing cloth to help them maintain their beauty and shine. Avoid exposing your jewelry to abrasive or chemical cleaners. Wearing your jewelry while sleeping, swimming, or during strenuous activities is not recommended. If you have any questions about care instructions specific to your piece, please do not hesitate to contact me. Custom Orders I delight in creating custom orders for my clients! Custom Orders require a non-refundable deposit, traditionally 50% of your order total, which guarantees my time and attention to your commissioned piece/pieces. Final payment is due after I recieve your approval of your final design. If the final payment is not made in a timely manner, the future of your commissioned piece/pieces is at my descretion. Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you approve your final design for your Custom Order to reach you. This time is subject to change depending on the details of your design, and the number of custom pieces in your order. Brides, please contact me for special pricing for your Wedding party. Sizing and Alterations When sizing or making adjustments to your earrings, bracelets, or necklaces, I reserve the right to make slight alterations to the design in order to preserve the integrity of the piece. Payment For your convenience and protection, I accept secure payment through PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. You do not need to be a PayPal member to place an order. I also accept checks and money orders. I will ship your Handcrafted Jewelry order as soon as your check has cleared. Shipping Your Handcrafted Jewlery is packaged with tender loving care in a small ziploc bag, then placed in a glossy white, cotton-filled box with a pretty ribbon. I then place it inside a sturdy box with lots and lots of padding to protect your jewelry during its trip to you. I charge a flat fee of $4.00 for UPS ground shipping within the Continental United States. And a flat fee of $8.00 for UPS shipping for packages destined to Alaska or Hawaii. I send your Handcrafted Jewelry via UPS to ensure its safe arrival. And with its assigned tracking number, we can check on your package's progress anytime. Jewelry Returns I want you to love your Handcrafted Jewelry! If after recieving your order you are not 100% thrilled, please contact me within 7 business days to arrange for its return. Upon its arrival in good condition, I will refund the purchase price of your jewelry less the cost of shipping and handling. I will only accept jewelry in excellent condition - no used items will be accepted. I recommended insuring your package as I am not responsible for any loss or damage sustained during your item's return trip. Re-Designs, Re-Stringing, and Repairs I welcome re-design projects! You may have an old pair of earrings laying in your jewelry box that need a new look. Or perhaps a bracelet or necklace that have beautiful beads, but need a bit of updating. I would be happy to work with you to re-design your jewelry and transform it into something fresh and new! If ever your jewelry needs re-stringing or repair, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am happy to make any adjustments needed to make your jewelry fit you beautifully! Or repair any pieces even if they were not created at Handcrafted Jewelry by Jessica. I evaluate each piece of jewelry individually, and charge a nominal fee plus shipping and handling for each project. Please contact me first for an estimate before sending me your jewelry. As with any re-design, re-stringing, or repair project, I recommend insuring your package as I am not responsible for any loss or damage sustained while it is being shipped to me. The Fine Print Your payment acknowledges that you have read and agree to my terms of service. I reserve the right to amend my policies without prior notice. |
